My new favourite thrift store! They have amazing pieces, often mid-range to high end brands, for really good prices. AND, they are the most size inclusive thrift shop I have found yet. They had XS all the way up to 6X. Can't wait to go back!

Store is a joke bought a Gucci bracelet from this store told me it was legit don’t wear it anymore went to sell it back to them told me it wasn’t real said I bought from them and they said prove it don’t have your receipt ?? Bought it a year ago joke store

I had a wonderful experience at this store. Kylee and Madison are wonderful young ladies and very helpful. I definitely will be coming back and letting my friends know of this location in Barrie. Keep up the good work ?

When I arrive at the store to drop off my items I was told by an employee, Maddie, that my items would take about half an hour to sort through. When I got the queue, it said that my items should be ready by 5:30 PM which was well past the 30 minutes that Maddie suggested.I went to run a couple errands and got back to the store just before 5:30 PM. I waited around a few minutes for my items to be finished sorting through, however, they still weren’t completed after about 20 minutes of me being there. This was well past 30 minutes that Maddie had suggested. I asked one of the employees how much longer my items will take and she responded saying that their manager was on break so it’s going to take another 15 to 20 minutes. This is ridiculous. I shouldn’t be told that it’s going to take 30 minutes to sort my items when that is not the case. It ended up taking over an hour for my items to be sorted through which was a large waste of my time. I was not apologized to by the manager for this inconvenience. The only employee who seemed to know what they were doing, I think was in training, and her name was Nae. She apologized on behalf of other employees and while I was in there she was the only one engaging with customers.This type of customer service is unacceptable.See the image attached for proof. My items were not completed for another ten minutes after.

Went in the other day and had a blast looking around. I think the quality is pretty good and the prices are very fair. Great little gem in Barrie.

They sell damaged clothing for crazy prices and expect you to buy it to repair it. Lol, customer service, not their strong point, if you wanna form a relationship with your community then have better attitude.

I have had 2 bad experiences. One with the rewards program and another I was accused of having smoke on my clothes that I brought in for sale. I'm not sure what the real problem is. I'd like to come back, experience the shopping again on a better start.

This is a real hidden gem of a store in Barrie! The designer items have been 3rd party authenticated, the owner, Jen is so friendly as well as the store staff and the merchandise is amazing! If you love a deal on quality, designer items head over to Style Encore, Barrie and say hi to Jen for me!
