DO NOT COME HERE! Wife asked for a short cut that goes below her chin. She came back looking like Edna from The Incredibles!!! It was shorter than her chin! That stylist can’t cut for beans!

Only place both my girls will go! They actually listen to what you’re looking for and are so truthful with if it will work!! Never been disappointed coming here!!

Worst haircut of my life she even argued about what side my hair was parted on when i came in . Ive parted my hair on the same side for years
The cut left bald spots on my one side and longer in the other. If you go here and get Lisa RUN. It looks like Stevie Wonder cut my hair.

I’ve been getting my hair cut here every month for several years. Always a great experience, and the staff are fun and friendly, but also professional.Stylist: I followed Heather to this location several years ago. She always does a great job, and has a unique personality that makes me look forward to my next visit.

I took my boys here on Saturday for haircuts. My older son sat in the chair and described the haircut he wanted. When the stylist asked what length he wanted around the sides, my son said “ let’s do a 3”. I chimed in and asked him to go shorter. So my son said “ let’s start with a three and see how it is, and then we can go shorter if we need to”. (The reason why he said that is because every other person who has cut his hair has always offered to go longer, because you can always go shorter. Once short, you cannot go longer!). The lady’s response was “I’m not gonna cut your hair 45 times dude” in the rudest tone of voice. She literally scared my son. She also replied to something he said with “what the hell” (this is a kid remember!).My son had asked for his hair to be blended into the top to end with the long hair he has on top. When he asked her later on in the haircut if she was going to blend it (he is the most polite boy you can find), her response was (very rude again), “yes I’m going to, I just haven’t gotten to that point yet!”. At this point, my son was so uncomfortable and nervous and I could see how upset he was sitting in that chair.In the end, the haircut was nothing like what he had asked. The stylist did a number two all the way to the very top, and then just left a section at the top with long hair. He had asked for it to be ‘blended’ from a 2 to long hair at the top. To say he was upset was an understatement. So much for grade 8 grad photos.The haircut was done in a matter of 10 minutes, all so she could hurry back to her chair to read her book.In the end, I left with only giving a 10% tip. I wish I had given no tip, but I did want to reward the other hairstylist who did a great job on my younger son’s hair.If you go to this location, be careful which stylist you choose. Jason there is fantastic (we have had him a few times before) and we will ask for him next time.

Staff stood around and chatted while I waited 10min, just to end up getting an awful haircut. Sides are totally uneven, and she couldn't even cut the back of my neck straight.My mistake for going somewhere for a cheap haircut. I will NOT be returning.

Friendly staff. But not a good haircut. Haircut was Uneven and didn't take enough off the top and to short on the sides and back.
