I have been a customer since 2018. I was somehow scammed last year by Zafar. (No wander I still remember his name). He convinced me that I could get a phone at a really low cost but I was charged more than the latest Iphone that year. I also went for a follow up but they weren’t interested so, I somehow just let it go. I absolutely did not have faith in the store but I really wanted to know what really happened to me last year.
This time there was a completely different manager and Kunal has been very helpful.
I purchased 2 more phones this year with them which I have not had an issue in billing till date.
I am very satisfied with the new employees and their customer service.

I was extremely frustrated with your marketing tactics. Your ads and billboards prominently advertised a $250 in-store credit offer for the iPhone 16 Pro, but when I made the purchase, I was informed that the offer was only available with Rogers and Bell service providers. These details were never mentioned in any of the advertising materials.hence, I felt misled and couldn’t do anything as the purchase is already made. I am 100% dissatisfied with this experience.
That said, I do want to acknowledge that the customer service I received was good, and I appreciate their professionalism. But, the misleading marketing creates a negative perception that ultimately reflects poorly on your customer representatives.

Purchased iPhone 16 pro max from Chirag Sharma, he was friendly and polite. Was patient all through the sale process. He took his time to explain the offers and data plans. Overall had a good buying experience.

Ronak was, by far, the most caring and attentive salesperson I encountered at the various Georgian Mall mobile phone stores. He took extra time to find the absolute best deal for my daughter and I, to suit our needs, and thoroughly explained everything to the point at which I had no questions to ask. He also followed up with me when he said he would. I very highly recommend Ronak - he will find the best option for you!
