The Brick store disappointed me with its service. The seller is very pushy, he persuades to buy additional services. They should leave this decision to the customers. The second remark is the delivery of furniture, if it is on its way to the customer, he should send a message that they will be there in 15 minutes, for example. Unfortunately, this is not the case, he sends a text message when they are already there. It is impossible to wait for hours, several hours, not knowing when they will arrive, I also have other things to do. I am disappointed, the ignorance towards the customer, when he has already paid for the goods, is unacceptable. I left a message the day before that I had a problem assembling the sofa, unfortunately no one called, so I did it. Personally, I do not recommend The Brick for shopping. Maybe if the employees undergo some training, in customer service

We had our sectional delivered yesterday. They were here less then 10 minutes. They put it together wrong. When I complained they said your husband looks like a handyman. It took us an hour to take it apart and reassemble it. Unbelievable. They piled the pieces up in my living room. 2 pieces fell off. 1 hit my wall and put a hole in it. We just finished renovating our living/dining room. It was painted the day before. I paid for delivery and set up. I could have saved the money and damage and picked it up myself. We have a whole house to furnish as we are completely renovating it. Never again at the brick. Their attitude and customer service is appalling. Once they get their money they no longer give a shit.

I wish I can give 0 star….. Delivery system is a scam …. In tracker delivery window is between 2 PM to 5 PM and driver showed up in morning and he didn’t knocked on door and left without delivering fridge, after sending couple of email to brick customer they provided new delivery date… and I waited almost one week to receive new fridge… bad experience I will never buy anything from brick’s store …
