My boyfriend and I got a LOT of help from Eshita and her manager. They did everything they could to give us the best deals possible. Eshita especially worked really hard to make sure we left satisfied, and paying the lowest price. Overall, the experience was amazing, and I would highly recommend this location / team.

I had an unsatisfactory experience at the source today. Despite intending to make a quick purchase, I was at the cash register for over 5+ minutes as the employee attempted to upsell various services, including phones, phone service plans, and home internet. I clearly expressed my lack of interest, yet the staff persisted and directed their sales pitch to others in my group, who were not interested either. This approach was not only time-consuming but also intrusive, leading me to the decision that I will not be shopping at any source again as I've had this experience not only at this location but many others.

The two folks I had the pleasure of meeting were welcoming and great at their job, very informative and professional. Can’t remember their names unfortunately, but one had purple hair and the other had really cool glasses.. Well done and keep being good at what you do.

Very disappointed. I always try to purchase from the source first, since they are Canadian company. Unfortunately, my last experience has made it my last purchase there. I took my laptop in (to get the correct plug) to get a cable to go from it to tv. They sold me the wrong one (wasn't even USB end). I went back and was given a different plug. Still did not work. Went back again. They said I was one day over my 30 day return. I live 30 mins away I can't come back every day and it was there mistake. I asked for a manager to call me. They never did. Then I find out I have a bell plan that gives me an extra 30 days for return, so it wasn't even late. I went back and they would not help me. I asked for a manager again. No call back. I messaged head office no response. I chatted online and was told there is nothing they could do. So I paid $50 for a piece of useless plastic. If they had said they didn't know if it would work I would have been on with it. But they assured me it was going to work.

On Sunday, June 18, I went into the Georgian Mall to the Apple Jump store to confirm that my four year old iPad required a battery replacement. They quoted me $170 to replace the battery and I inquired as to the possibility of buying a new iPad with side button ninth generation - the quote was $449 when I was ready to proceed with the deal, turns out they did not have that iPad in stock. I change the colour backing of the same model and they didn’t have that one either. I said sorry can’t do business. I want the iPad today. I went over to The Source also located in the Georgian Mall and I was delightfully greeted by a lady named Porousha and I explained my predicament and was looking for a new iPad 9th Gen. - price was the same at $449 BUT I did not know that The Source which is owned by Bell Canada, offered a credit to plan on used iPads. We went over to their computer and keyed in my old iPad serial # and lo and behold - I was entitled to a credit of $120 towards the $449 purchase price and proceeded with the deal.Porousha went far beyond normal service as she guided me through the iCloud apps and data download which took an hour, - explained in clear language warranty plans and any general questions I had. Porousha were beyond Service elsewhere. I highly recommend this store and Porousha for all your cell phone and computer needs. Thank You Porousha and The Source Team!

It would be 0 if I couldI was there April and the sales guy (Jaime, I think) helped me with some.electronics. He also told me about the Samsung watch and the next sales date in May (17). I wasn't able to make it into the store to get it for 229 and online only showed 279. I called the store and got someone who I wasn't sure if he worked there or just answered a ringing phone. He was of no assistance and really confusing to understand. I went in today and got Akash. I showed him Amazon's regular price of 229 and showed him price matching and he said Amazon wasn't a normal retailer. Then told me to buy the watch and come back after the 23rd. I told him it's not fair for customers to have to revisit the same location to honor pricing, and policies on the corporate site. As well, I knew all the dates of the sale because I'm eager to buy it. He said buy it and we'll give you the difference in 3 weeks.I told him no as I will use the pricing and buy it at Best Buy for the sale price MINUS 10% and they lost a customer for life.Horrible service, kids behind the counter talking to themselves and their friends. The manager Atash is never there as well.Customer service (1-866#) said they could.honour Amazon and I could order it over the phone with no issues. I wouldn't give them a dollar of sales. This location is horrible
