My fiance and I decided to visit on a Friday night. The only employee who interacted with us was the cashier , she was super friendly and awesome to talk to. I honestly don't remember her name. We visited the HMV section.

The Lego selection was much better here than at the Whitby store.
Generally speaking though all the TRU stores feel run down and like the products are just shoved onto shelves wherever they fit.
I do appreciate the attempt to bring in books and Manga though!!!!!
