“Smooth move - Cargo van. Very nice ride - no real issues to report. Customer service changed my move date when requested instantly as my circumstances were pushed to an earlier date. There were some old shirts or rags in the back of the van. I guess the last person who used it didn’t sweep it out or untangle tie straps. In fact someone left a Wendy’s bag in the cab with their garbage in it. Other than those few things it was a very pleasant experience. I got the job done with no real problems.
In addition maybe uhaul and uhaul dealers can try accepting cash as not everyone has credit cards anymore these days.”
“We rented a car trailer at last minute. Service was quick and efficient. The parking lots does not have a lot of parking and has lots of potholes. Smooth rental pick up and drop off process”

“There was prior damage in a discrete spot which must has caused the padding blankets to become damp. Thankfully our trip saw zero rain and we were able to hang the blankets to dry. I feel this was really no one's fault but we have recorded the issue and I'm sure it will be resolved for future customers.
The young man servicing this location is absolutely amazing!! I didn't have enough space here to document my experience, but this employee changed everything for us! He will always be remembered and prayed for, as he was so pivotal in the positive account of our situation.”

“They messed up the reservation. It's the service in the comeback I'm actually rating. I was going out of town for a medical appointment. We booked online the night before no issues. We go to the location the next day, no reservation on system? We go home worried, stressed out now and we call. A couple quick, polite calls later we were redirected to another location who upgraded the model for free and we were off. Everyone was apologetic and very nice.”
