My wife and I deem ourselves very fortunate, having come across Unique Sleep after many otherwise futile and frustrating searches for sleeping platforms elsewhere to fill our specific needs.I have a long history of chronic hip, leg and back discomfort affecting my sleep. Chris was able to tweak the mattress to accommodate my issues. Prior to purchasing the motorized adjustable bed-base, along with Unique Sleep’s unique mattress system, I spent most of my nights moving between a sofa, a massage table, and another bed, all resulting only in limited comfort and in little sleep.I’m pleased to say that’s no longer the case, as I currently look forward to hours of restful sleep. My wife and I each have a motorized adjustable bed. Chris (the tweaker), has spent whatever time necessary to satisfy each of our needs.We speak in superlatives when considering how grateful we are to Chris and Irene for their excellent and thoughtful service. I have purchased many things from Chris and Irene from when they first created the business, all the way through the years and even now. Many things have remained consistent every time I make a purchase - quality of products, competitive pricing of those products, and amazing customer service from two friendly community members. If you’re looking to support a local business while also needing a high quality product but have a reasonable budget to work with you really need to go here for all your current needs and ones in to the future.

We have had our Unique Sleep mattress for a year & half now. It has been the most comfortable mattress we’ve ever slept on. Recently we were away on vacation and legitimately talked every night about how much we missed our mattress hahah. Beyond the product itself, Chris & Irene are so wonderful to work with. Very thankful to have found Unique Sleep!

In August I had a discussion about mattresses (how ours wasn't comfortable for my spouse) with a friend, and she mentioned a business in Barrie - Unique Sleep Solutions. She said they custom made mattresses to fit each individual. i was very interested and we went up to their showroom, and were provided with the ultimate in service by Irene and Chris, and while we were there ordered a mattress. It was delivered and set up a couple of weeks later by Chris, and since then I haven't heard one word of complaint about back pain from my spouse. The customer service from this business was exceptional - like nothing I've seen before. I've now ordered a pillow from them because it just felt so comfortable. Unfortunately due to supply chain issues, it's taking more time to receive. I look forward to receiving it, and updating my review.

Chris and Irene were so good to us throughout the process of buying our bed. They walked us through the different levels in the showroom and totally individualized each side of our bed so we could have many comfortable nights, tailored to us.Chris willingly came back to make some changes after letting us try the bed for a few weeks, explaining each step so that we could adjust it ourselves if need be.Chris and Irene have a heart to serve customers well and we feel they went above and beyond with us. We are so pleased with our custom bed but ultimately we’re very happy with our experience with Unique Sleep.

My name is actually Kim Tassinari. We needed a new mattress because of back and shoulder problems. We went into the showroom and learned about these mattresses that are truly unique fitted for each individual. We got measured and chose our softness/firmness. We decided on 2 twins to make 1 king in order that we could each have our individual adjustable beds. This was the absolute smartest decision!!!Delivery and setup was wonderful. My husband LOVES his mattress. He sleeps great now.My mattress was great, but my body did not seem to like it. I did not know why though. I contacted Chris and Irene and they were EXCELLENT to deal with. Chris came to the house and listened to my concerns.He readjusted the foam layers to see if it helped. It did, a bit, but still it wasn't right. I felt bad calling again. I didn't want to complain....again. Chris and Irene reached out to me to see how the mattress change was. I was honest. Chris came again and readjusted again, all the while very happy to help me. I was so grateful that he listened to my issues and explained each step and understood my issues.The end of the story is that the mattress is great now! I am truly thankful for the actual concern that these people show for their customers' comfort. I can honestly say they are truly unique in the mattress business!

My Mom is the obsessive type - she researched mattresses for weeks. She tried a lot of different mattresses but ultimately decided on these guys. She has been sleeping on the mattress for a couple of weeks now and is in love. I personally took advantage of their pillow program. I borrowed two pillows from them for about a week and I ended up buying one of their latex pillows. In the past, I have spent a lot of money on various pillows that left me with neck pain. This pillow has been worth the cost. The customer service was great and very personable. I would recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I are thrilled with our new mattress from Unique Sleep. The entire experience, right form booking online to delivery/set-up to picking up our awesome pillows, was so professional and simple. And the product is the best mattress we have ever slept on. We are confident that this is an investment that will continue to serve us well for years to come. We also know that with their exemplary customer service, if we have any issues whatsoever, they will be there to support us and help us get it figured out. And we love that we are supporting a local Canadian company too! Would highly recommend if you are in the market for an amazing sleep experience, especially if you have any health issues that are made better by a great mattress!
