Prices are getting a little high for a second hand store. I get they are for profit but if you price used items higher than new or a couple dollars lower than new, not really worth it. Found some shelves from Ikea still in the package for $7.99 they are at ikea for $9.99, I will get them from Ikea so I can return if they are not useful.

Clean store, great selection. Carly is always great to deal with at the donation door. Never in a bad mood, always a wonderful interaction. A great example of good customer service.

Over priced free stuff, Why? I was in there yesterday, December 20th. We visit every other week. Suddenly everything is overpriced. You get these items free, you are now over charging. I will be putting my cash in to the other three CHARITY SHOPS in Barrie.

The prices here are absolutely disgusting!! How can you charge so much for garbage/dollar store items. I saw some of the exact same items that the Wellington location had but your store is double the price. I’ve donated about 15 bags of clothing here this year and I was so mad to see the prices. Never again.. I will be strictly donating to the other location from now on.

Items are kinda high priced
