“Room was clean and tidy, I understand what other reviewers were saying about the elevator though, it operates a little clunky. Not the best location, there's a pizza place and a Tim Hortons at the end of the street but a little bit away.”

“We absolutely love coming to Kings and Castles Play Place with our friends! It’s such a fun, safe, and welcoming spot for the kids to burn off energy and just be kids. The space is clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully set up for different ages, which makes it easy to relax while they play.
The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the prices are very affordable, which makes it a go-to place for us — especially for playdates and rainy days. We’ve celebrated birthdays here and also just popped in for open play, and it’s been a great experience every time.
