I csncelled all my services in October 2023. However they only canceled my internet and one line. They kept the other line open. Because i didn’t specify specify the other line. What a joke. Dont get caught in this scam. When you say cancel everything it only means somethings. Unbelievable. Never go here so many better service s and better plans. Im dusting off you guys now and forever

Virgin in person is just as awful as virgin on the phone, rude, ignorant and dismissive. I have never been treated so poorly by a customer service rep. I've been with virgin 15+ years and I really don't know why anymore
