Ordered 3 unicorns white balsamic covers and received white Italian vinegar. Called in and they still didn’t understand thisis different from what I ordered. I need to drive back and return it. Waste of time ordering online

I've been using the app to shop for groceries and pick them up since covid and it was very convenient for me, but the last 3 or 4 times there's been delays picking up my groceries during the allotted time. Currently I've been waiting for 30 mins. 10 mins to even get a parking spot and 20 since I've "checked in". There's only 1 guy that I can see bringing out people's orders. There used to be 3 people. 1 person is not enough!

It's too bad I can't give 0 stars cause thats exactly what this store deserves. I am disgusted by the produce each and every time I go to this store it's absolutely disgusting and what's even more disgusting is they charge full price for rotten produce... Don't even get me started on the staff. Im not sure who does the hiring but that person needs to be fired because everyone they hire either doesn't care about the job , they're rude, more then half of them can't speak good English and non of them ever know where anything is ever when you ask for help. I've saw on multiple occasions 4 or more employees in a aisle just talking to each other having a little pow wow. I literally had to yell a some.of the employees once because I was going down an isle and they were all just standing there talking didn't budge at all and I needed to pass them as they were blocking the isle for me to go down so after waiting a minute to see if they would move they did not so of course I got angry and told them to get back to their damn jobs and to have some respect for the paying customers and to not be arrogant and blatantly ignore that someone is trying to move around you.I absolutely hate everything about this store but the only reason I shop here is because I can get everything I need at one place but I boycotted Walmart during covid for about 2 years and I'm really considering doing it again but for good.0 stars horrible management, horrible service , horrible employeesDO BETTER

If I could give a zero I would. This Walmart sold me a used $50 pre-paid visa with only $9 left on it, incredibly disappointed.

The carts lock up before you even get out to the lot! If you are charging an EV, prepare to drag your cart across traffic to do it. Idiotic cart locking system that punishes honest customers. I wont be shopping here unless i have no choice.

Typical Walmart overall, but lost some points thanks to their cart wheels locking up halfway to my car. Someone screwed up badly, as they should make it to the outer edges of the parking lot, not before leaving the sidewalk. I’m disabled and if I wasn’t averse to face to face contact, I would have gone back in and conscripted an employee to bring my purchases out.

This is the second issue that I’ve had with this location. The first time my mother in law ordered us a vacuum for curb side pick up. The store said that they didn’t have any vacuums and said they would refund us, we went In earlier in the day and there was a huge pile of the exact same vacuums in the isle, after telling the employee that and another 25 minute wait they came out with the vacuum. Today we ordered a curbside pick up for groceries and selected a time period of 3PM-4PM at 3:05PM we got a message saying that over half of our order was out of stock and that they substituted 2 things… they substituted penne pasta for takis chips and our cheese to blocks instead of shredded. We tried calling the store to ask for help and refund our order because we had a couple questions the lady at customer service was rude and just said that they were busy and that she would transfer us. We got hung up on 3 times we drove to the store and waited in the pick up area and asked for help we asked to talk to the manager because the man we were dealing with had no idea on what to do. The manager sent out a different employee and was calling him instead of coming out to talk to us. We just asked for a refund because we need groceries and they don’t have anything we need. The guy told us a refund would take 2-3 weeks. Money is tight for us just like everyone else and now we have to wait for a refund with no food at home. I hate to leave reviews and complain but I’ve send a couple other reviews with the same issue. I understand they are busy but they need better management and a better system because they keep screwing people over.

I'm a very frequent shopper. Today a staff member was very disrespectful to the potato chip delivery company. As I passed them I felt very uncomfortable and when I went to the next isle I could still hear the Walmart staff talking so loud I could still hear her yelling at her. I looked for a manager to report but none found.

The staff at this Walmart is always among the best. Unfortunately the store has decided to remove scanners at self-checkout. As someone that shops there almost daily for personal, business, and as a caregiver it decreases the ease of use tenfold. I can check out my items in a tiny fraction that anyone else can. At some point might as well just put trackers on all the items or hire more checkout attendants. Thanks for the added inconvenience to my day, very much appreciate it!

I am a frequent walmart shopper. I would have given more stars however based on what I seen today and the experiences lately I give 3.The store has changed a lot and bot for the better.1. If your going to have self check outs .... have them OPEN!2. Why the heck are you locking up tooth brush heads but some actual tooth brushes are left unlocked3. Lack of staff.. ok your stuff is locked up but have a button or staff near by to open the cases or locks . Your going to loose a lot of sales if people cannot access the items they want.4 feel like we have to tread lightly with staff hovering over you while you check out.. I had a ladyapproach meand ask if I was going to scan a item under my cart and I was not checked out yet... this behavior of the employee s I'd not going to work out well

Very bad experience. Because I asked about traveling bag. That indian lady got angry and told very loudly "SORRRY what are you talking about, I don't have any idea, bcz I'm not this department"
