Despite the stigma convenience store sushi gets, Young Convenience makes absolutely fantastic sushi for the same price as Bento Sushi and double the variety. Their sushi is always made fresh and you can tell. Their rice especially might just be the best rice I've had for sushi; better than most restaurant quality sushi I've had. The place is run by a couple who are incredibly sweet and have a very welcoming aura about them.I've been going there for a few years now and have zero complaints. Nothing but compliments to them.

Wanted to order the spicy salmon sushi from here today and all the rolls in the fridge at the time were 6.49 so I assumed it was as well. When then told me it was 10.50 I apologized and explained I thought it was 6.49 and no longer wanted it. They told me salmon was expensive so it costs more and I said yes totally understandable. Then he proceeded to tell me no one would sell it for that price in a very patronizing way. I told him I didnt appreciate that I was made to feel stupid and that I know a place that sells it for 4.50. I was respectful and just voicing how I felt and he proceeded to tell me "go there then." No apology, even if he didnt mean to make me feel that way he could have at least told me it wasn't his intention. Very poor customer service.

Bought takeout sushi. I know, it's a convenience store and that seems strange. But it's made fresh daily and priced competitively. Generous condiments and friendly service. Have been back already and enjoyed it again.
