Great grocery store. The only complaint I have is that close to closing, they no longer do 50% off the hot foods and I have purchased some around 7pm and the food was terrible. Also, they need to restock their green grapes more.

Best place for eyeglasses! Groceries are expensive, but the sales are great!

Past two days I got food for lunch between working thinking it would be a great quick stop, to get sushi with missing half the ingredients it said it was supposed to have and zero pickled ginger included with it, what a rip-off and the take out Deli is just hitting rock bottom for the worst, I got pasta that cost almost 9$ just for it to be extremely undercooked, you think they would sample something before selling it for that price. Don’t know if different people cook everyday but they need to rethink their staff. WORST FOOD EVER !!!

Always clean and inviting. Staff is always helpful.

Staff are always friendly and helpful but the added “security” features added to our neighborhood grocery store doesn’t make it a friendly and welcoming place. I understand the issues but think there are other ways than making it a fortress that could help address concerns.

I was given a pick up time in one hour. Came back 1 hour and 15 minutes later only to be told "were working on it". I'm sick, I need meds, now I need to stand around a grocery store shivering from a fever because this pharmacy has zero customer service. Why would it take 15 minutes to take pills from a big bottle and put them in a small bottle.

I don't know what it is with this location, it just has zero atmosphere. They just renovated it, but it really has done nothing to make me want to spend money there. And, the shelves are always empty. N Supply chain issues are done. When I am shopping and there is an item that I need and the shelf is empty, I leave my cart and go to another a competitor store. If you can't properly stock your store properly, then I am not going to buy anything there. I can do my full grocery elsewhere

The store is a pretty good place with a lot of options to choose from. I'd definitely recommend it, especially if you're new in Canada and want to get familiar with local groceries and prices. But the prices aren't low here in the store and simetimes the products are expired, so be cautious.

I used to shop exclusively at this store for years but have had too many experiences with getting home and discovering expired or damaged food. Now I shop at Walmart for food and only go to Zehrs for brands I can’t get at Walmart. If you go to this Zehrs: Always check expiry dates as it is very common for expired items to still be on the shelves; Always open egg cartons to check eggs all over; Be careful with their frozen food because several times I have found once it is out of the package you can tell it had thawed and then been refrozen. Almost like it sat on the delivery dock too long; Always visually check baked goods because I have found mold more than once on the Ace bakery bagels. Otherwise the store is clean and I haven’t had any problem with floor staff. They aren’t outwardly friendly but also aren’t rude. The cashiers are usually polite and helpful in my experience.

Screw your self checkout machines nothing but hassle and needing employee training to operate. Meanwhile 2 lanes out of 10+ are open at rush hour. Hire more people your margins aren't going to take that big of a hit. So much greed.

Prices for fruit are too much especially when their quality has fallen. They used to sell fresh fruit, now I have to sort through to make sure I don’t pick up a basket with a moody strawberry or a bruised apple or peach. It’s a shame.
