The Lani Kai Hotel & Resort offers a wonderful experience for guests. The hotel rooms are great, and the staff, including the friendly "fluffy staff," provide a warm welcome. Guests can enjoy a fun bonfire with the owner. The accommodations are clean and well-priced, though some minor cleanliness issues may be overlooked due to the value. While the resort does not have air conditioning, it is not too hot. The food is generally good, though the prices may be a bit high. The owner is friendly and accommodating, even staying late to serve customers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, the resort appears to be temporarily closed for the season, but it is known for its great location near the beautiful Pancake Bay Provincial Park.

Great meal amazing deserts and the owner Bob was super welcoming and made us feel at home and very well taken care of. Thanks to all the staff who stayed open later than their regular hours , just to make this new lifetime customer happy.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Great hotel rooms, awesome staff (even the fluffy staff are friendly!) i would 100% stay here again!
