I could not believe the way i was just talked over at this post office.
I called to track a package and the lady at this branch when i offered the tracking number she raised her voice and spoke right over top of me. I tried to explain that i ordered product under my business name not my personal name but she again spoke over me louder and rude. last time i have anything shipped through this entity and if i could provide a lower rating for the way i was spoken to i would. Very horrible customer service. Simply question.

I’ve always had an amazing experience here. I come frequently to mail packages for my small business. All my clients are pleasantly surprised by how quick their package comes. Awesome job everyone!

Worst post office, they have set hours yet everytime I've tried to stop in they have a hand made sign on the door changing the hours always open later and closed earlier for random days, randomly closed for 2 hour lunches.I'm also constantly getting mail for other people.It's frustrating to live in rural Bath and make the trip out to the post office for packages or stamps just to find out the last workers changed their hours for the day.
