If you’re not open you probably shouldn’t have it advertised that it’s 24/7. Almost everytime I go to this store there’s an issue whether it’s inactivated lottery tickets, old and sour slushie machines that never seem to get changed just overall bad customer service.

Horrible service. The Lady working didn’t even admire me being there while I was paying.

Terrible service! She was too busy on her phone talking to someone on speaker phone to even acknowledge me. Never even spoke to me.

For the last couple of weeks we have went here and their ice cream machine is down. She refuses to fill it. She says it’s gonna take two hours to fill and to get set back up. She lost out on nine dollars today from nine different people from that ice cream machine.

Great when it's late at night and nothing else is open but you want some snacks, smokes, bread or milk. Many items available.

Circle K convenience and gas station in Bath Ontario refused to allow an officer to park his car in their parking lot. The roads were unpassable, and the area being in a state of emergency, because of the snow conditions. The store clerk telling the officer no and if he does the car won't be there when he comes back. The officer had to find another place to park his car and walk about 1 km in the storm to get home. Not someplace I'll ever do business again.

I was buying a single chocolate bar when I was told that it was expired, and told to go get another one, I did that, left, and was surprised that the cashier was nice enough to care that the chocolate bar was expired, until I got the notification that $5.08 was taken out of my account for a single chocolate bar. They charged me twice.
