“Don and his crew are simply fantastic, and have become my go to auto repair / maintenance service provider. They are knowledgeable, competent, friendly, and provide great service at a reasonable price.
They were very quick to respond to a power steering system issue with my 2007 Ford Ranger. Obviously, the ability to drive with the power steering system functioning is essential to ensure safe and responsive steering. Since the power steering system was malfunctioning, Don willingly came out to my house to pick up my truck on the weekend none-the-less.
Based on a quick assessment, his crew were able to determine that my power steering hoses had ruptured and were no longer functioning as designed. Thus, they needed to be replaced as the power steering hoses transmit hydraulic fluid under pressure from the power steering pump to the steering mechanism, making it easier to steer the truck.
To maintain the proper functioning of the power steering system, the crew replaced the hoses within a timely manner at a reasonable cost. Simply put, another job well done by the crew at NAPA AutoPro (Bayfield Garage).
