“Great service at Lincoln Township Motors. I was in having my winter tires changed over. The mechanic showed my the back side of one of my brake rotors and said if I experience any form of shuddering from the brakes I should have them looked at. He asked if I experienced any issues with them previously and k told him no. He asked me to keep an eye on them. I’m very happy with my service on my Ioniq 5. Thanks Frank you are awesome. I will be back 100 percent”

“I would like to start off by saying I am beyond happy with the service I have received in the last two years at Shawn’s auto In Smithville.
My husband passed away almost 2 years ago now and took care of all of the vehicles as he was a trained mechanic himself so I never had to worry about car maintenance. Once he passed away, I was faced with so many challenges, including maintenance of all our vehicles, and also to help my teen boys who were just now getting into vehicles of their own. I felt helpless and didn’t know what I was doing with these vehicles.
We have an RV that I have been trying to put up for sale, but it had an engine light on and I couldn’t sell it in that condition. Ford discovery in Burlington soaked me for over $5000 to try and fix the problem which ended up not fixing the problem, I brought the vehicle to Shawn and he had it Diagnosed and fixed within a week. I am forever grateful to Shawn and his wife.
We have now been repeat customers for the last two years with all four vehicles and will continue to only go to him from now on. He is honest and genuine. His wife is always extremely helpful when booking me in and the staff there are always most helpful explaining the problem when I don’t understand?
I find their prices are very reasonable, especially compared to other places in or near Smithville. There are always extremely friendly when you go in there. I now completely trust whatever they tell me is wrong with my vehicles and it is the only place I will continue to go to.

“Had a tire problem, pulled off the highway, and quite by accident found Paul's Auto where we met Aaron. It was near closing and not possible to do a permanent repair but Aaron removed the screw, and created a temporary plug that allowed us to get home to Hamilton safely. As he worked he described what he was doing and why then explained all our options for a permanent solution. We were so impressed with his skills and how he interacted with us. “Highly recommend. I had part of my exhaust replaced. After a quick inspection parts were ordered and I returned a few days later for the install. Work was done quickly, van sounds and is running much better and the price was very reasonable. This is a no frills shop. If you want your vehicle to be picked up, washed and have snacks and drinks provided for you I suggest you find a shop that will charge 3X the price for the same job.”
