There is an older lady with brown hair that works here. She is the most miserable rudest person Ive ever encountered. She watches over me everytime i use the self checkout like im doing something wrong. Other day I went to the counter and put the stuff i was buying on thr counter. She walks up to check me out stands there for a minute than says to me "are you buying this"...in the rudest tone...Am i buying this? you cannot be serious thats how she speaks to ppl..No I am standing at the till for no reason...I spend so much money in here too starting to think im better off going elsewhere so I dont have to feel uncomfortable by her.I am sure anyone whos been there and reads this knows the exact lady I am talking about too

I pick up my prescriptions here regularly. The staff have always been polite and pleasant. In particular there was an instance where I was injured from a second degree burn, I had been to a nearby pharmacy and was dismissed with unhelpful advice, but when I came to this one to look for something to help relieve the pain, the staff was quick, sympathetic, dutiful, and went above and beyond to help me find what I needed.

Not sure if they’re having security problems lately but the other night I got to shoppers around 8pm. Behind me in walked 4 teenage boys who were promptly told they could only come in one at a time. Minutes later a “security to area 6” announcement came over the intercom. When I went to check out there was no one at the till so I used self check out only to have an employee stand behind me and watch me the whole time. If you’re so worried about theft, I’d suggest checking people out using real workers or hire a security guard instead of making every person in there feel like a criminal upon entering.

Marie in cosmetics is a real gem!I wanted a new look and not the greatest at applying make up. Marie spent quality time with me showing me how to apply shadows then I tired it myself with her guidance.Marie is very patient and an expert in her field! They only deserve 1 star to the new owner SHAME ON YOU! YOU better have a meeting with your employees to answer phones faster it take 20 minutes or longer to answer the phone WHY is that?

Atrocious wait times to speak with anyone on the pharmacy team! 25 minute wait, hung up called back, waited 15 more minutes before I gave up.

Pharmacists are always very helpful. They take time to give you the correct information. Just today, I was given some good advice about vitamins so that I can taper off the harsh medication I'm on. Good selection and convenient location as well.

This place was so Bussing. They had Nickiminaj working the cash and Megan marlkle dancing at the door, the service was amazing they served me Virgin Peanut Coladas rigjt when I walked in and when I had left they gave me a gift bag containing an IPad. When I went to go look for the Badussy war photos and I could not find I went up and asked the girl wearing shrek ears but when I turned around she was a Shrek but other then that she helped me and got me my Xanax and Bc. Love this place. Will never go anywhere else!

I can not believe how disrespectfull I was talked to by the owner of the pharmacy.I have been going to this pharmacy for 5 years. They have filled out all the prescriptions for my cancer treatments with no problems and I have participated in the Look Good Feel Better program supported by this Shoppers Drug Mart and had so much appreciation for their service .But recently, my family from Ukraine that fled the war had joined this pharmacy too.My understanding was that they had ODB coverage included in their health card. So my sister in law had no problems with getting her medications for months, but my mom who just arrived was prescribed the same antibiotic and for some reason it wasn't covered. I asked the pharmaciest for help as well as I sent the email regarding my mom's antibiotics.I received a voice-mail from the owner of the pharmacy saying that my mom's antibiotic is not covered because its not on government formulary list and if I have any questions I can reach out.On Monday, October 24th,2022 around 6:30-7pm, when I was picking up my sister's in law medication, I was asked to pay for it.It has been covered for months, so I asked why is it not going through this time and if it could be a glitch in the system. I also asked if the pharmaciest could give a call to a dedicated phone line for pharmacies regarding claim submission for Ukrainians.She was very nice and looked at the phone number I was showing her. At this moment the owner has came into our conversation by stating that he had answered me already in the voice-mail. I tried to communicate to him that I'm asking about my sister in law which had no issues previously.He made me cry from his tempor and sarcasm talking down to me. All I was looking for was some answers and help.We are going elsewhere after this level of disrespect.We were just looking for help and already found it elsewhere proving his luck of willingness to help and understanding in this matter.

Watch your prescriptions. They rip you off on fees. You don't need dispenser fees on certain vitamins that they charge. I've paid $30 for years with this shoppers on a certain prescription. Go to a new pharmacy and it's $10?? Scam

I have officially changed pharmacy locations after numerous mishaps/ bad experiences. The last straw was yesterday when the pharmacist was questioning my doctors prescription, and loudly listing my medications for everyone around to hear. 0 confidentiality at this location. In the past, I have been questioned (interrogated) as to why I am on certain medications and giving me unsolicited advice AKA recommending going against my doctors prescriptions.
