Customers Beware: strongly urge you to reconsider depositing/investing or and financial future planning with this TD Branch. The short end of my story, took over 3months to sell shares I had. Not only did I comply with TD forms, applications , signatures & supporting documents as required - I was still misinformed, misguided through the whole process. Even when I sent an email to TD corporate customer care, I receive their standard letter of person to contact - which I left two voice mails and no return call. So from the branch level to their corporate office - lack competence not to mention commitment in customer service.

Terrible service. For 2 years now I have been having trouble with their phone systemsto authenticate who I am. After spending up to an hour to make a simple inguiry they direct me to the bank so that they can issue a new code even though they are able to authenticate my voice print. 2 years now and every time I have to go to the bank and waste another hour. I brought this up again today with the bank and the rep was happy to close my visa account and take my business to another bank as the solution rather than eliminate the root cause. What a terrible response to an ongoing problem being experienced by a customer for 2 years.

Very unhappy with the service from the Beamsville branch. Long and drawn out to end up starting over. Really quite pathetic. TD Bank in general also appears to not care at all about their customers. Other banks are far better. I will make it my mission to not do anymore business with them than I am already committed to. Please do yourself a favour and deal with a different bank. One that actually cares

Unfortunately the experience with TD was by far the worst encounter with a bank I have ever had. They do not care about customers as people and they should not be giving financial advice. I would steer clear of their “advisors” because in our experience the advice they gave was incomplete and had major financial repercussions. That’s what happens when you put your trust in this branch unfortunately. While accidents do happen, they shouldn’t, especially when the client does their due diligence and are still failed. I am not usually one to write such a review, but the lack and accountability or apology from the individual we dealt with prompts me to warn others so they do not suffer the same consequences.

Friendly and helpful staff. Got prompt service and provided all information I needed. It's a small town branch and I liked how staff knew some of their customers by name!

Worst TD ever. They will rush you and provide the worst service ever. My wife was a newcomer to Canada and Alma Parades rushed her through without even knowing what she was doing. TD needs to take action against such branch to protect their reputation. Do yourself a favour and do not go to this Branch ever!

Very good branch, friendly service, however parking lot issues where shrinking 5 parking spots to creat 7 spots , when you do that , yes cars will fit, but your customer will need to exit from the sun roof or the back gate to walk to your branch.Also, with all do respect to handicap, I seen people getting out of their cars qualifying to be in wrestling, how about moving the spots to the side of the building?

Absolutely horrible customer service. The branch NEVER provides any help instead directing you to 1800 numbers where you get tossed around and no one helps you there either. Will be looking into closing my accounts with TD. They have really become a horrible bank in the years I've dealt with them.

Why is this location STILL closed, despite most industries going back to work since Covid struck? I've been into two other banks this week for other reasons (Scotia & RBC) and they're functioning fine. Very unhelpful for the elderly and those of us on strict schedules, when we have to leave town to do the banking we can't do online (take out cash, directly cash cheques, get bank drafts etc).
