  Do not use this location to rent a truck. Trucks are dirty and it terrible condition. Ended up getting charged extra for ‘not returning with the same fuel level’ even though I actually put more fuel in then what was provided at the beginning of the day. Please save yourself time and money and do not use this U-Haul location.

  Had a really bad experience when I returned my truck here this morning. The woman at Buzby's entered a lower fuel reading than what I actually had. Thankfully I had taken a photo of the gas tank reading.Thankfully U-Haul's phone agent was able to correct everything after I uploaded my photo.Do not use this U-Haul if you can avoid it. Poor experience and poor service.
