Towing near Beaverton, ON

“This is literally coming from the bottom of my heart so bear with me please.
I was driving down from Orillia to Peterborough in my crappy ford escape when it started giving me troubles and broke down midway on hwy 12.
I was stranded and tried getting it towed through CAA but they made me wait for an hour just to tell me that there’s shortage of drivers. I looked up the contractor and Pedersens showed up, i called them up and Clayton answered. He told me there was no service call issued through CAA and that all his drivers were on route or off duty. He asked me to check with CAA for a bit and offered to tow my car if they didn’t respond. Long story short Clayton is such a humble human being being who helped me in off duty hours and i loved chatting with him on our way back. He showed up for me in my time of need like the good samaritan.
I cannot recommend Pedersens enough, if you’re nice to them they’ll be the nicest people to you.”

“Moe is amazing! My shifter went in my Work truck and I had to get it to the mechanic approximately 45 minutes away. My employer’s roadside assistance dispatched two other tow truck companies and both said they couldn’t do it…third time lucky, they finally went with DiBello. Driver/operator Moe called me in advance to confirm info, gave me an approximate time of arrival and because, I wasn’t on-site, he called again when he found the truck to let me know all good. After a day and a half of waiting and persistent calling, the truck finally made it to the mechanic.
Moe was thorough, always positive and very pleasant. I was also impressed with the fact that he didn’t criticize the other two companies. A+++ He definitely left a great impression for the company! Thank you!”
