Their pricing was reasonable, and they successfully resolved the issues with my car on the first attempt, unlike my previous experiences with dealerships. As I am currently nine months pregnant, undergoing a major car repair would typically be an extremely stressful situation. Brought my son's truck in for safety. Got a very detailed description of what needed to be fixed. I wanted my son to learn how to do the repairs so we did what we could.
