Every staff member here needs to be reprimanded and retrained. Post master should be fired. HORRIBLE service every time me, my wife, my neighbour's, my grandfather in law go there.Rude, unprofessional, make up stuff as they go. Give you a hard time for no reason. Back office excuses all their complaints and says they do nothing wrong. Worst post office EVER. Never dealt with a post office like this.

I went in to return an amazon package in Emeryville and the teller insisted I needed to bring my package in prepared (label taped down) and asked me to purchase tape. I had never had to do that in the past so I left the store and went to the Belle River location. They shipped my package with no issue securing my return address with their secure tape.I would recommend this Belle River location because the staff are over and above amazing! They were apologetic for my inconvenience about this other location and were friendly.Thanks for your kindness. It makes up for the rudeness!

unprofessional services. went there to pick up keys after confirming what is required, was declined and re visited store next day after employee complaint was registered and canada post customer service directed to hand over the keys. seem no value of customer time and money. even after doing mistake, post master even does not seem to have ethics to apologise. seem doing favour on me.

This place is like chears! Everyone knows your name and wants to chit cahat! If you are picking up a package be ready to wait! Bring a chair it might be a long while!

I went in there today to report the key for the over sized items didn't work and that the key was bent. The person helping me was polite but her co-worker who jumped in huffing and puffing as if it was my fault. Very childish and condescending. Next time I'll let the key snap off im the lock. On a side note I still don't have my parcel.

Tried to tell me I had to pay a package fee or buy one of those envelopes with the bubble wrap in it to ship my item had to go to Windsor so I took it to a post office in shoppers they shipped it the way it was I think they just wanted the extra money
