Dealing with a family loss who banked with RBC. It has been extremely difficult getting a real life person/representative on the phone even if they give you a direct number and extension!! Belle River is a small town, there is no reason to be on hold for an hour just waiting to talk to someone. I have been to this branch, it is not that busy on a normal day. Because of this experience, I would never bank with RBC.

Went with my wife and kids to open an account, the agent was professional and she gave our kids coloring books to keep them occupied

Very Poor customer service. Last 3 visits were totally disappointed. Very rude behaviour by Teller and if asked to talk with bank Manager, she said she is on phone right now and will not be able to talk for next few hours. This small beautiful town need good people in RBC Branch

Banking on line is fine, but it is nice to go into the bank and interact with real a person. Now I can find out why I'm being charged for overdraft protection when I'm not using it. Is it easy to change banks?

In branch seems to be fine quick and friendly service but its ridiculous if you call in to their branch 26min on hold is way to long
