“My wife and I are camping at Sandbanks for a few days and immediatelyupon arrival discovered the water pump wasn't working. No toilet, no sink, no hot water. So we decided to pack it up and head home . 3 to 4 hours back to Barrie fix the pump, something I wasn't familiarwith and hopefully still go camping. .y wife just retired and the week camping was important. I felt a little useless. However on our way home decided to stop by a RV dealer on the way home pick up a pump and make the repairs necessaryto get back out on the road. Unfortunately or actually fortunately a pumpkin parade blocked our return home and a stop at a particular RV site in Trenton and we had to rerouteback through Belleville at the same time she found an RvV site in Belleville. Well upon arrival they offered to help and in their inspection discovered that it was only dirt blockage , they cleaned it and got things going. Super.... they didn't even charge us and our week camping was back on track..Thank you so much. Now I know not everyone will experience the same as we did but I highly encourage you all to experience the incredible hospitality that Carl Cox RV Centre has to offer.
