“This business is great in customer service I brought my car in earlier today to get the battery checked ,cuz I was told to be sure to bring it in to have a mechanic check it. There was no issues with my car that they found. I had a hard time getting my car going on fri when it was super cold. So to be sure I brought it in just in case it was sometime more concerning. I also was able to get an oil change so I wouldn't have to book another apt to come back I was in an out in about an hour and a bit or so great people and service.”

I literally walked in and said all i know is I need breaks pads and rotors for front and back, oil and an oil filter and told her what I drive. She figured out what I needed when I didn't know the answers to her questions and she was never rude when I said "I don't know". “I have been in many times doing different stuff to the jeep and the gladiator.
2 sets of tires, rims, lift and level kit, stabilizer, always able to get me what I want or need!
Just recently the gladiator had a u joint on its way out.
Parts were ordered, truck was in, everything went great!
When i thought I heard a noise a couple days later the boys were quick to have me right back in monday morning, double check everything, and assure me I had been hearing something caused by muck and debre rather then an issue. Then cleaned it up for me, and let me test it and sure enough... quiet as can be!

“My wife and I are camping at Sandbanks for a few days and immediatelyupon arrival discovered the water pump wasn't working. No toilet, no sink, no hot water. So we decided to pack it up and head home . 3 to 4 hours back to Barrie fix the pump, something I wasn't familiarwith and hopefully still go camping. .y wife just retired and the week camping was important. I felt a little useless. However on our way home decided to stop by a RV dealer on the way home pick up a pump and make the repairs necessaryto get back out on the road. Unfortunately or actually fortunately a pumpkin parade blocked our return home and a stop at a particular RV site in Trenton and we had to rerouteback through Belleville at the same time she found an RvV site in Belleville. Well upon arrival they offered to help and in their inspection discovered that it was only dirt blockage , they cleaned it and got things going. Super.... they didn't even charge us and our week camping was back on track..Thank you so much. Now I know not everyone will experience the same as we did but I highly encourage you all to experience the incredible hospitality that Carl Cox RV Centre has to offer.
