“I just went into the Belleville location this morning. I dealt with a woman name Susan I believe. Absolutely impressed with the customer service I received. Very nice, polite and professional. I literally walked in and said all i know is I need breaks pads and rotors for front and back, oil and an oil filter and told her what I drive. She figured out what I needed when I didn't know the answers to her questions and she was never rude when I said "I don't know". I have never bought from here before but going forward I will be thanks to her and will be suggestion them if anyone ask in the future. Thank you so much for being so pleasant and helpful.”

“I would like to extend a special thank you to Mandy. I called late on December 21st for a vehicle head lighting warranty as one of my bulbs burnt out in November. It was right before closing I called and arrived but she had the replacement bulbs on the counter ready to go and I was able to get them swapped instantly! Mandy explained that the policy was pushed by them as the issue relates to vehicle safety and was able to accommodate me instantly. I also know we do a lot of work through Action in Belleville with our work vans and they always do clean and professional installs of equipment and vehicle add-ons. Action is THE place to go for vehicle/truck lighting, add-ons and accessories!”
