“I honestly can’t say enough about the service from the shop! I had my truck in for repair to a normal mechanic. They couldn’t find anything wrong with my truck at all. Told me on two occasions there was nothing wrong. I booked it in with these guys. They had it for 24 hours. Didn’t give me the news that I wanted, but gave me news that I needed to hear that validated my concerns about my vehicle. These guys not only took care of my problem, but barely charged me anything for their service. I highly recommend these guys will definitely be getting the work. “I took my truck in for what I thought was a bad wheel bearing.. Jacob had a quote to me in minutes. When the truck was in, they called and gave me the news that it was my front brakes, which were metal on metal... They gave me product options and steered me in the right direction. “I had an amazing experience with the team at St Kitt's yesterday. I contacted them at 3:40PM in a panic, because I had hit a curb, and my tire was clearly damaged and losing air quickly. I was only in town for an appointment, and I live 40 minutes away, so I needed help fast.
Crystal was so understanding and compassionate during my initial call, and she told me to bring it in so they could look at it. I arrived just before 4, and they were scheduled to close at 5. They went above and beyond to make sure my car could be driven again last night, and they even made sure I was still able to attend my scheduled appointment. Plus, the cost was super reasonable, despite it being an emergency repair. Crystal, Matt, and the gang are an amazing team, and I will definitely return in the future.
