This is the absolute worst warranty services i have ever tried to use. First the warranty number to call is in america. After an hour on the phone arguing with them they transfer me to canadian. The person we spoke to said th repair person would call us to set up an appointment within 24 hours. Tomorrow is 2 weeks. No call from anyone. We got an email saying they need more detail and to go to best buy portal and us the 4 part key at the top of the email. No key in the email. We call again. Same america transfer to canadian and now told someone will call between 5 to 7 business days. Moral of this story is never buy anything from best buy that has a warranty. They are just not worth the frustration and the time they take to responde. I will update in 5 to 7 business days if anyone actually does call me this time. uPDAte. The full purchase price has been refunded. The in store manager was easy to talk to and certainly did right be me. Thank you W.

Stop advertising merchandise that's not available. Not in stock in store not in stock on lline. Anyone can create a flyer with great prices and nothing to back it . Waste of time

I went into Best Buy in Belleville ON yesterday to get some assistance for an Amazon Fire 8 tablet that I had bought thru them on-line. A salesperson approached me in the store and I informed them that I could not download a movie onto the tablet as it kept saying "error". I told the salesperson I had the tablet with me, however he explained to me that you can only watch movies or buy movies, but you cannot download. I told him that I had google searched this product and it said you can download. He said he was sorry, but I was wrong. I then looked for salesperson #2 in the store and they told me I might need an MicroSD card (which I already had one installed), and pointed to the section in the store if I wanted to purchase a new one. They said have a good day and walked away. I went to the SD section and was approached by salesperson #3 who assisted me to get the correct SD card and after hearing my issue suggested I go to the Geek Squad. I spoke to a salesperson at the Geek Squad desk who told me to phone Amazon as he knew nothing about them.I then drove to Staples were I was approached by a salesperson who I explained my issue. He asked to see my tablet and took me to a nearby desk. He connected to their wifi and checked to see if my old SD card was installed (which it was) but not working. He asked for my new SD card, put it in and attempted to download an Amazon Prime movie....AND IT WORKED!.GOOD BYE Best Buy.....HELLO STAPLES

Employment review for a firing in under 90 days.Listen I was fired for not hitting KPI which is mathematically fair. Here are my issues... Just so that they are communicated.1. Best Buy Protection and Best buy Memberships are an upsell. They are a value added service. They were rarely the reason customers were coming in. Some Reps are high pressure selling these items. Meaning for customers yes 'Pushy sales people work here."2. I never completed my training. They brought me in, communicated high expectations & Continuously threw me on the floor before I was trained because they were short staffed.3. Clipboards - Can we just sell? Can we just do the job? Without noting down everything. We don't even keep the notes so I don't believe they are needed.4. It is wasteful how quickly they obsolete products. Over 5 years old? Suddenly Best Buy supports it 0%. Really bad for the customers and planet.5. I was supposed to be trained in Mobile. I never was.6. A company that fires people when they can barely get people trained? Is a company manufacturing it's own Crisis.If Best Buy wants to last in Belleville? It has to be a value to Belleville and it is just not. Listen I didn't flip out in the exit. However I have to communicate everything publicly after the fact. I have to communicate my expectations and disappointments now.We need to start documenting about companies that fire people in under 90 days because they can. I moved jobs for this and I shouldn't of.

Try to phone Belleville store and got prerecorded message, try to phone 800 # again a long list of prerecorded garbage.All I wanted was to ask the cost of geek squad services and if you can do what l wanted as I live in the country and didn’t want to waste time driving in. To many times a central call centre will tell me something and when I got to the store the workers will look at me like I have 3 heads.Please have each store have their own number and pick up the phone when it rings and direct the call to the department. I know this works as this was the system since the phone was invented.Just because technology says you can doesn’t mean you should. :-(

Very bad customer service, they don’t have enough staff. We are waiting from more than 30 minutes to purchase a mobile phone, no one bothers to see us.Poor service by best buy.

Shoutout to Emma, who was eminently pleasant to deal with. In a very annoying circumstance with a ton of administrative obstacles and headaches, she never stopped smiling. Her customer service was like the personification of fresh air in a meadow of daisies. Give her a raise.To be fair, she had a whole team of support to help me through the challenge I was having, and in the end the problem was solved and I got what I needed. Every person in a blue shirt that supported her was thoughtful and easygoing. This is why I love Best Buy. Cheers.

3rd time, I've tried to buy Nintendo games with my son only to get to the cashier and be told,"we don't have have it. Do you want to order it online?"Why is it on the shelf if you don't have it? Try to explain to a 5yr that they don't have have the game he is holding in his hand....Never had this problem in Peterborough Best Buy..
