I haven’t yet written a negative report, so decided to tell about my experience at CCS Industrials instead of its nearby competitor that sent me away for a sale less than $25. They changed to that policy during COVID protocols, and are sticking with it now: profit ahead of service, unless you’re a big enough customer.Counter man at CCS brought out a half dozen bolts from his stock, then patiently explained why those were better suited for my purpose than the package I’d picked up. (He was right, too.?)I guess company ‘B’ won’t miss my business: it’ll be with CCS now that I know they want me, ready to help, and have a great inventory.

This store is an awesome place for all of your industrial needs! Great people to deal with always friendly and helpful. If they don't have it in stock they will always get it for you by the next day! Keep up the good work CCS Belleville! Highly recommended!I couldnt figure out how to write another review but, My coworker and I were in the store again today. Very pleased with the service everyone was very friendly. As always all the employees were hard at work when we walked in but as soon as we walked in we were greeted with a smile and helped immediately. My hat goes off to Steve, George, Randy, Chris, Kevin, and John as no matter how busy they are in the store they always make sure they greet us with a smile and ask how our day is going. Everytime we are in the store we share a good laugh and leave withe a smile on our face! CCS your guys are top notch!

This place is awesome I have been going to the belleville location for a few years now and they always have what I’m after from odd ball nuts & bolts to “oh it’s custom searches” they have never come up empty handed and prices well you won’t beat them.
