Would not recommend taking central taxi unless you have a death wish. Their driver was going 160 in an 80 while swerving in and out of traffic, cut off another vehicle and almost ran it off the road.

Very poor service, call at 10:30pm and got the call center. My car broke down and I got to the car pool on Cannifton Rd and 401. I could not give the operator a address just the location. I told him 3 to 4 times I didn't have a address number. He hung up on me. I called back and was hung up on me again. Called another Taxi and they were there in 10 minutes with no problems.

Waiting for a taxi for over 45 minutes just to find out my ride was canceled without reason. If you need to go to the hospital do not use this company as they’ll cancel on you and not inform you.

Not impressed. Tonight I wait for FOUR hours. And I am STILL waiting for taxi to come pick me upnfrom Ultramar gas station ! Seriously -. . . NOT imoressed. With windchill up to minus 12 degrees. Do NOT go in there ! WOOOT !

Called last night at 10 saying cab would be here in 10 min. Called back saying may be a hour wait. Got that same call every 20 min. Some were automated and some were people. Last call i got was at 2:45 am saying the same thing. No one came. Left stranded. Terrible company. If i could give 0 stars i would.

Completely unreliable. Out of three times I tried to use the service, only one resulted in me taking a cab. Other two times there was such a long delay and wait time I had to cancel the calls and make other arrangements. Will not be calling them again.

I called to get a taxi from an animal hospital with my cat who had just gone through surgery to take us home. I walk with a cane and was juggling a carrier with a frail cat in pouring rain. The driver went to the wrong address and when he finally arrived, he greeted me by yelling at me for giving him the wrong address. (I didn't. Dispatch did.) He yelled at me repeatedly and told me he doesn't like cats (who was secure in a carrier) and said I should have told them I had a cat. (I did and asked if that was okay.) The drive home is maybe ten minutes in really bad traffic down one main road. He drove me around neighbourhoods I didn't recognise, ignored me when I asked him where he was taking me and when we arrived at my house, he got mad at me for needing to pay with debit. While I had my card out ready to pay and opened the door to get the cat and cane ready to get out when he took my card from my hand and paid the fare, giving himself a generous tip and then scoffed when he offered me the receipt and I took it. I barely got out and shut the door before he drove off. Lesson learned: disabled the tap feature on all payment cards. Customer service was impossible to reach and was completely unhelpful when I called to complain about being taken advantage of. They never returned the fare or the tip that their driver stole from me. The fare was inflated due to the joy ride their driver took me on. Avoid this company at all costs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Called for a taxi at 8:15am its now almost 10am. My taxi's been cancelled not once, not twice but 3 times. Talked to the company all they say is sorry will send one. Hello Bluebird!
