I have been a customer with Charm Chatham for 5 years. But for the first time I had a bad experience. I walked into the store with my baby and was looking for a specific item.But none of the staffs show up to help me. One of the staffs saw me but pretended to not see me and joined another staff who was helping a customer. I felt bad and left the store without buying.

I have been to Charm at the Chatham location and I have had nothing but good experiences. It was my first time purchasing an engagement ring, promise ring and wedding band and Maggie Crow was very helpful in guiding me in the right direction. I had received a ring for Christmas and needed to have it made smaller.
I took in three hwirloom rings sized and stones put in. I am very pleased with the work. While there, I bought two cross/chains one gold one silver.

I recently bought a Bulova Futuro modern mens watch for myself at Charms in the downtown Chatham Centre. I was very satisfied by my recent purchase for its style, uniqueness, value, and craftmenship. I was also impressed by the availabilty and access to a broad spectrum of reliable brands, including the service and knowledge delivered by staff. The manager as well helped in making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. This includes fitting the watch as best to his abilties to my wrist, and allowing for a 30 day exhange for another watch in case I was not content with my purchase. In conclusion, I would highly recommend referring to Charms in Chatham as a potential first destination in purchasing jewellery, watches, etc., thanks to it's excellent customer service and quality delivered products that make it worthy of a five star rating.
