“Super helpful employees. Keila helped me find a lot of jeans to try that fit my criteria and was super attentive. Cashiers are all very friendly. Kenna and Pepper also very helpful in getting you clothes when you're trying on. They run a good shop I haven't had stellar customer service like this in a clothing store in ages. It takes a lot of the stress out of hunting for a good pair of jeans when you have people like this to help you! The mannequins are also well styled to help you see how the pieces go together.”

“I wanted to take a moment to show our gratitude towards Janet from the Belleville location. Tonight I needed to purchase various items for my co-op uniform. Janet was in the work boot area and offered her assistance. Janet was knowledgeable in the style of boot that I needed and found a pair that I actually liked. Next Janet took us over to the clothing department, not her department, and proceeded to find me clothes that I needed and actually liked. She was also helpful in finding us the best deal in the store and quality products. Janet went above and beyond what we expected for our assistance. Without her I would not have what I have now and our night would have been successful without her.

“Dropped in to the Belleville store and was immediately greeted by an attentive employee named Megan. She assisted me in looking through a few items but unfortunately, my timing seemed a little early and she said my best bet was to keep my eye on their website.When I mentioned that I disliked blind internet orders on clothing sizes, she suggested that I try on some garments since I was there. I found the size I require and will now be able to order from Eddie Bauer's website with confidence when my product becomes available.Megan is a very good salesperson who was willing to do that 'little extra'. Excellent customer experience.”

“My husband leukemia, so we celebrated a very special 8 year wedding anniversary on August 1 2020. We contacted the Boathouse to make a reservation... even though they don't normally do reservations with huge lines just to get in the door, they heard our story and went above and beyond to reserve a private table waterside just for us and our 2 service animals. The staff, manager and owner should be recognized for their kindness and compassion... accommodating us when they didn't need to. Everything we perfect! The menu is extensive with creative takes on seafood classics. The food and drinks are outstanding! The atmosphere in the restaurant and on the patio overlooking the marina was special and memorable... that is hard to find anywhere. All I can say is thank you so very much for being part of our very special anniversary. We are lifelong customers now!”
“Shout out to the amazing associate Kelsey who literally hunted me down after experiencing a tech error that didn't allow her to process transactions - she came to find me telling me the issue was resolved by tech support and I was able to buy my fit ! Working in retail is hard, and absolutely exhuasting, she didn't owe me anything and yet decided to take it upon herself to provide above and beyond customer care - garage has always been my fave, but Lil Kelsey, if you see this thank you for reminding me that kind gentle people still exist ! “I was shopping today with my daughter at the Belleville outlet. We had a fantastic time. The clothes were beautiful and seemed to be well-made. The clothes were all nicely, folded on the shelves, or hung on the racks. The sales person Lindsey, was extremely helpful, and was one of the reasons we had such a good shopping experience! She made several trips back and forth to the change rooms with better sizes. She even went into the back to find us a size that wasn’t on the shelves. Thanks, Lindsey! And bonus points, that this store doesn’t charge for the paper bags to carry out your purchases!!”
