“I bought 2 pairs of jeans yesterday after putting off buying jeans for so long as in the past it has been such an uncomfortable experience. I was helped by two incredibly friendly and helpful staff members. Pepper in the fitting room knows the product so well and has a visual sense for size and what is flattering. He pulled jeans for me I never would have thought of and I feel like I tried on everything before finding my perfect pairs. The selection there is great but can be overwhelming with how many cuts and fits they have. So thankful to have such engaged and helpful staff. So glad I walked in!”

“Had to return defective rubber boots today. The lady who helped was excellent. I believe her name was Christine. She located my receipt online and although my boots were just over the 100 day return timeline, she honored the manufacturers warranty, gave me an in store credit and I purchased more boots. Excellent service, great clean organized store. I will be back!”

“My husband leukemia, so we celebrated a very special 8 year wedding anniversary on August 1 2020. We contacted the Boathouse to make a reservation... even though they don't normally do reservations with huge lines just to get in the door, they heard our story and went above and beyond to reserve a private table waterside just for us and our 2 service animals. The staff, manager and owner should be recognized for their kindness and compassion... accommodating us when they didn't need to. Everything we perfect! The menu is extensive with creative takes on seafood classics. The food and drinks are outstanding! The atmosphere in the restaurant and on the patio overlooking the marina was special and memorable... that is hard to find anywhere. All I can say is thank you so very much for being part of our very special anniversary. We are lifelong customers now!”

“I was shopping today with my daughter at the Belleville outlet. We had a fantastic time. The clothes were beautiful and seemed to be well-made. The clothes were all nicely, folded on the shelves, or hung on the racks. The sales person Lindsey, was extremely helpful, and was one of the reasons we had such a good shopping experience! She made several trips back and forth to the change rooms with better sizes. She even went into the back to find us a size that wasn’t on the shelves. Thanks, Lindsey! And bonus points, that this store doesn’t charge for the paper bags to carry out your purchases!!”

“Shout out to the amazing associate Kelsey who literally hunted me down after experiencing a tech error that didn't allow her to process transactions - she came to find me telling me the issue was resolved by tech support and I was able to buy my fit ! Working in retail is hard, and absolutely exhuasting, she didn't owe me anything and yet decided to take it upon herself to provide above and beyond customer care - garage has always been my fave, but Lil Kelsey, if you see this thank you for reminding me that kind gentle people still exist ! “My friend and I were shopping in your store last Thursday. We were assisted by Christina the Assistant Manger. She was so helpful, finding us sizes, ordering a sweater online for my friend, ensuring that the sweater could be washed in the machine by one of her co-workers, who was not working g at the time, but she called her anyways, and calling the store in Kingston for a particular item! We had so much fun shopping in Ricki’s Quite Mall because of Christina and her excellent service. We both left with some new items that we will enjoy wearing!
