I can be incredibly indecisive when I shop, especially when it comes to finding clothes that actually suit me, but Bella was so patient, kind, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. She never made me feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions. Instead, she took the time to listen to what I liked, gave honest recommendations, and stayed positive the entire time.

What surprised me the most was that even though she’s fairly new, she already knows so much about the store, the clothing, and what styles work best. She answered all of my questions with confidence and made the whole experience feel so easy and enjoyable. We even had a genuine conversation while shopping, which made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer instead of just another sale.

The biggest surprise of all was that Bella helped me find not one, but two pairs of jean shorts that I absolutely love. I normally don’t like wearing jean shorts and never thought I’d leave the store with any, but thanks to her recommendations and encouragement, I found two pairs that fit perfectly and made me feel confident.

Bella is truly an amazing employee. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and goes above and beyond to make sure customers leave happy. Employees like her are hard to find, and American Eagle is incredibly lucky to have someone who cares so much about providing such outstanding customer service.

“I wanted to take a moment to show our gratitude towards Janet from the Belleville location. Tonight I needed to purchase various items for my co-op uniform. Janet was in the work boot area and offered her assistance. Janet was knowledgeable in the style of boot that I needed and found a pair that I actually liked. Next Janet took us over to the clothing department, not her department, and proceeded to find me clothes that I needed and actually liked. She was also helpful in finding us the best deal in the store and quality products. Janet went above and beyond what we expected for our assistance. Without her I would not have what I have now and our night would have been successful without her.

“I popped in to the Belleville Spencer's Saturday late afternoon. I was looking for any remaining Pride wear. Jacob approached right away, was welcoming and friendly. I told him what I was looking for and he noted the clothing was not where it was last time he saw it. I thought maybe they had packed it away but Jacob checked with Kristy, the store manager and she told Jacob where it was and he took me there.
That alone was well worth the visit, however, Jacob was ready to cash me out, helped me quickly. It was an excellent experience. Kristy was there to help with the process, as was Bri, another excellent customer service representative. All three were approachable, friendly, and fully engaged in the customer service experience.
I have worked in customer/guest service industy for just over 40 years. I am proud of my customer service skills. I would be proud to work with Jacob, Bri, or Kristy anytime. 5 stars!”

“My husband leukemia, so we celebrated a very special 8 year wedding anniversary on August 1 2020. We contacted the Boathouse to make a reservation... even though they don't normally do reservations with huge lines just to get in the door, they heard our story and went above and beyond to reserve a private table waterside just for us and our 2 service animals. The staff, manager and owner should be recognized for their kindness and compassion... accommodating us when they didn't need to. Everything we perfect! The menu is extensive with creative takes on seafood classics. The food and drinks are outstanding! The atmosphere in the restaurant and on the patio overlooking the marina was special and memorable... that is hard to find anywhere. All I can say is thank you so very much for being part of our very special anniversary. We are lifelong customers now!”

“I needed a dress for my daughter's wedding, which is a super informal, intimate ceremony, so I didn't want anything too over the top. Just simple but pretty. Jessica was amazing! “Shout out to the amazing associate Kelsey who literally hunted me down after experiencing a tech error that didn't allow her to process transactions - she came to find me telling me the issue was resolved by tech support and I was able to buy my fit !
