I called twice, spoke to two different individuals, and both rushed the situation. My car is not road worthy yet and does not run. Therefore, I called for insight on their knowledge to make a rational decision of which place to bring it to. They were not reciprocal, nor did they make my call feel appreciated. A business today should give you a sense of trust before moving forward. However, customer relations here were dull. If a sense of trust is not established, then the decision is easy. The money isn't the issue. One star. Most people will pay for a great experience, no matter how high the bill. You only get one chance at a first impression. You failed. You judged my intellect and experience and did not have customer service in mind. How do you know I'm not a mystery shopper? If the owner responds in this manner about people's concerns, the rest of his choices in employees and operations are similarly useless.

My wife was on the 401 and had the alternator go on her mercedes ML350 on a friday afternoon. She went to competition motors and they took exceptionally good care of her. I can't thank them enough for getting her back on the road

I've been coming to Competition Motors since I moved to the area 4 years ago and they have never let me down.
The service is prompt, courteous, and reliable. They return phone calls and emails. They don't leave you wondering. They treat their customers like they're important.
And, looking at my most recent invoice today, THEY DON'T GOUGE THE CUSTOMER!
I've had a Volvo, a BMW, a Mercedes, and now a Volkswagen all taken care of by Competition Motors, and they'll always be, 'my guys.'

Very disappointing! $ 550 to diagnose my Mercedes convertible roof top issue. Was told they spent 6 hours but only charged for 3?!? Then took it back only to be told they could not fix it as Mercedes needs to “program” it!!! I guess I should have known if it took 6 hours to figure out what’s wrong……. Why bother looking at it if you don’t have the ability to fix it!!! $550 out the window and off to a company that is capable of fixing it!!!!

Worst band of misfits I’ve ever seen/dealt with waiting for a part for 2 weeks that was supposed to be there two weeks ago and somebody keeps forgetting to order it or there’s some sort of excuse where they can’t find it. Nobody inside the building knows where anything is they’re all looking at each other for help this coming from a 10 year tech that works for Ford for 10 years and has been around Parts people for years but nowhere near as completely incompetent as these people. I’m pretty sure this is all staff just transitioned over from competition motors. Worst Stealership Ever..

A really great place! Seriously, it was clean and well maintained. I got there and was browsing the outdoor inventory, and sales rep Timothy Palmer came out. 10 minutes later I was test-driving a unit. They weren’t pushy. They did give me lots of useful info and recommendations. They really know their stuff. Definitely recommend this dealer. Thanks Tim

My husband has been here for car safety I booked the appointment for him competition motors charged him 165$ way tooooo much just for the inspections nothing has been done and they took vehicle inside for least 5 minutes and done no work nothing and the safety was not cleared and for working on vehicle for only 5 minutes not even five I would say how could u guys charge 165$ ? If I knew this would happen I would have never booked the appointment with them….. my first experience was the worst experience…. We would never deal with competition motors again….. and I would not recommend anybody whose new to go to them and get your pockets empty for no work done

I brought my VW Beetle in for service and I couldn’t have asked for a more professional experience. Everyone was courteous and incredibly helpful. Mechanics were thorough and very knowledgeable. Thanks for getting my bug fixed up and back on the road so quickly!

I am new in Belleville. Taking care of my BMW was my biggest concern until I met them.i had transmission light on, when I told on the phone that I was scare to drive the car they responded quickly and not only fix my transmission also my air conditioner while I was waiting.
