“I recently started Banking with Alterna because my “Big” Bank’s customer service became less than helpful!! I had a personal Banking officer at my “Big” Bank, whom I dealt with for decade's, up and left without any notice to me. The Bank manager did not call or notify me of her absence. I found out she had left when I called her extension and received a man’s name!!
Unfortunately, I’m only a number now & this lack of loyalty doesn’t work for me.
Alterna has replaced the “Big” Bank I had dealt with since I was a teenager & I can’t be more grateful for the decision to become a member!!
Jason & the staff are friendly, helpful and go above & beyond their position's in customer service!
