Looking for someone to help with computer issues? Jim is your guy! Personally horrible at anything computer , Jim was there to correct update and supply me with a new computer. He is quick , trust worthy and reliable!! Definitely recommend!!!!!

I walked into Dr. Jim's with my MacBook thinking I needed to replace the battery in the clock. He said that wasn't necessary and within two minutes he had synced the time. No charge, fabulous.

Best computer repair place I've ever used! He took in my laptop and was able to to figure out and fix the blue screens of death it was experiencing. Very friendly service and good at explaining what was done and what he thought was wrong in the first place. If I need any more help with my electronics in the future I will 100% be returning to this shop.

We just had our computer in to Dr. Jim's Computer Repair. I needed it for the same night as I had a class. The hard drive did not work and Jim was able to fix it so I could be in class that night. Thanks Jim, much appreciated. Looking for great customer service go see Jim he does excellent work! We'll be back!

Called the good doctor and he was able to help out.
I needed a 3 1/2 inch floppy disk reprogrammed with drivers from the internet for a piece of musical equipment. I thought I was in a very compromised position until Jim came to the rescue and helped me out. This guy is amazing.

My work laptop had completely shut down and Dr Jim saved me/my files within a half hour - not only was he efficient, he was wonderfully kind and friendly as well. I highly recommend Dr Jim for any and all computer woes!

Amazing Experience, we brought my son's computer into into be fixed Dr Jim was so fast, knowledgeable friendly. And we picked a computer up in better shape than when we dropped it off. He cleaned the screen and the keyboard highly recommended
