I’ve never been to the clothing store Eclipse before I was just walking by and noticed a pair of jeans. I like the quality and I like the store and I really liked the sales person there that I met named Shelby. She was exceptional.I’ve met a lot of sales associates in my life because I have a passion for shopping but she really stands out and goes the extra mile for her customers. She is the type of person that would do well in any customer service role; she is friendly, approachable, and honest, her character shines through in her personality. It’s those types of people that are rare to find these days that really make the retail industry a pleasurable experience. Personally I enjoy shopping for clothes in person. It’s much better than the online experience because I like trying on clothes before I commit to buying them. If there were more genuine people like Shelby working in the stores you would sell a lot more product, not because she hounds you aggressively but because she cares and provides an honest opinion.

Went in shopping with my daughter for a dress. The ypung saleslady was in alone. People were having to go into rooms on their own. She really was polite to everyone doing her best. There was a dress my daughter saw and the signage was 29.99 with a tiny from. The manager came out from break and was so rude. When questioned by sales person she was very rude to her and us. She was even saying loudy that is retail as i left adressed at me. She also in front of us told staff the company would red flag her if she had of done it . So unproffesional. This is not my first bad review for this store. I was hoping new staff hopefully improved customer service. Nice clothes whats up with customer service Eclipse.

I went in a month ago and got the best customer service from Manager Charity and New Asst. Janye. I have been in this store before and never even been approached. Janye and Charity were so attentive and were able to determine my needs right away. A very pleasant shopping experience. Went in the store today and not one person approached . I finally asked for the managers and was told both had left . Shame ! Back to no customer service?

I went in close to closing, and Sim (I apologize if that's incorrect) and Amanda were truly amazing. I was looking for an outfit for an event and needed some guidance. They were wonderful, especially Sim. She pulled different pieces to try and match a nice outfit, and adjusted based on my thoughts. Thank you so much!

The store has a nice selection but I found it overpriced. I managed to purchase a couple of items from the sale rack and was satisfied. I was kindly helped by a young associate!

I'm originally from Belleville, but currently living in Germany and was back home for the week visiting. Being a fan of Eclipse I purchased items, one of which being a pair of leggings. Upon my return to Germany as I was taking the tags off, I saw the sensor/ink tag on the pair of legging. This really upset me as I now have a pair of leggings, that has this tag on it. So I either risk taking the tag off and inking the leggings, or I try and mail them back, which takes up to a month...Any insight from the store would be SUPER helpful, as I'm really upset/angry.
