We've been having problems with Xplore for eight months after they sold us a service that is (STILL) unavailable, after which they shut down the service we were on without telling us, and then moved us to satellite 'in the interim', which has been less than stellar. We've called Xplore to find out if the tower for the service they originally sold us is up on three occasions. Each time they say it is and then send a team to put it up - each time it was someone who didn't know what their doing, brought their girlfriend, or hit on us - which is why we will now ALWAYS request Orbit, and refuse to have any others on our property. Xplore is awful and if it weren't for Jeff and John (and our options in the middle of nowhere), we would have switched seven months ago.”
