Absolute worst customer service today regarding a car wash that has caused damage to my car. Still waiting to hear back from manager. Apparently according to employee working today he was unable to contact me due to being in a meeting today. Must be a very long meeting.
As a follow up, waited for 2 days for a call back from "manager" to provide me with a phone number to escalate concern. No phone call received. I called back on the third day and received the run around again.

Never has gas. Car wash was disgusting. Full of mold and the walls are falling apart. We could smell it the second we pulled in. Absolutely not worth it.

Car wash and lottery break down on command and stay broken for months at a time. Annoying driving out all the time to the only esso with a car wash and it's always broken.

I have never seen a gas station out of fuel as often as this one. And when they do have fuel its priced higher than any of the nearby stations. Do they not monitor their levels to order more fuel before running out? Ridiculous.

DO NOT GET A CAR WASH HERE.It washes 50% of your vehicle and they do not do anything to fix it after. Complete scammers here and this reflects very poorly on Esso.

I go here often for Gas and the service is very simple. Only suggestion i would make is to add a credit card "tap" payment functionality.Otherwise the service is great.
