If you’re looking at reviews to see if giving f45 a try is for you this is your sign to do it! I’ve been working out at f45 Belleville since they opened and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made since moving to the area. The owners & coaches are kind, empowering, fun, encouraging, and they really care about everyone who walks in the door. They welcome you with a smile, make sure you under the flow of the class, provide modifications if you’re dealing with an injury, and will push you to put in your best effort until the last second of the workout. I am amazed by the progress I’ve made with my fitness goals and habits over the last year and a half and it’s all stemmed from this wonderful gym.

The best choice I have ever made for myself is to join this great place. The coaches are there for you every step of the way. Thry are welcoming and encourage everyone, nomatter what their fitness level is. The members are fun to be around and the workout is over in only 45 minutes! Gyms and personal trainers are not my typical go to measure for working out. But after I tried it, I was hooked!

Fast-paced, no nonsense, no waiting for equipment. The environment and culture is far superior to all other brand-name gyms. I came for the workouts, but I'm staying for the coaches and the community!

Amazing gym and staff. I love how easy it is to drop in for a workout and how great I feel when I leave. Because of the versatility, I'm never bored and just wish I could get there more often! Highly recommend!

I moved to Belleville for two months during the summer of 2023 and decided to join F45 Belleville for that time period, after being part of an F45 in Toronto off and on over the years. It was a great experience! I felt welcomed right away. The coaches are friendly and make the workouts fun. I met some really nice people - everyone is super friendly. I also appreciate how the bathrooms ALWAYS had clean towels - something I especially appreciated if I forgot to check before popping in the shower!(If I was forced to think of some constructive feedback, my only tiny bit of feedback for the team is that I do find the non-workout parts of the studio a bit cluttered - the F45 I attend in Toronto is as pristine as a science lab, so I can't help but compare it to that.)But that doesn't take away from the community, coaches or workouts at all. Highly recommend checking out F45 Belleville - I believe you can get a 7-day pass for $7 or something like that, and I think you'll love it.

I have really enjoyed my workouts so far. Walking in each time is always welcoming. Coaches and other participants are encouraging and very helpful. Definitely glad I took the opportunity to try out and become hooked!!

F45 Belleville is so special! The best coaches and community. Truly the most welcoming gym I have been to. It’s a happy place to be! I can’t say enough about the coaches - they are extremely knowledgeable, positive and fun! As tough as the workouts can be I look forward to going and never regret it!

I’ve been a member of F45 since they officially opened their doors in 2022. The atmosphere, the coaches, the members are all incredible. When we say we have an amazing community, we mean it and we do have an amazing community! I've found a friend in you every single member and coach at F45. If you’re looking for a great place to get a killer workout, give F45 Belleville a try. You will not regret it!

The BEST gym I’ve ever gone too. You show up and everything is set up and waiting for you. The workouts are always different with one commonality…… you SWEAT! F45 is very inclusive with extremely knowledgeable coaches to guide and push you out of your comfort zone. F45 was my best investment last year.

The coaches are fantastic. They are encouraging and helpful. The workouts are adaptable to everyone no matter where you are in your health journey. The overall atmosphere is fun, positive, and uplifting. A great place to be! PS quickest 45 minutes of my life !!!
