Can’t say enough good things about my experiences with Furball’s Choice.After google and trying to find the perfect diet for my Molly I spoke to Carlos,Stephanie, Maddy and Melanie and a few others sorry didn’t get everyone’s name ( hope I got their names right) and some of her staff I started her on a raw diet against my vets wishes. It’s been a few weeks now and no issues. No morning vomit. No Diarrhea.Thank you so much for taking the time to discuss in detail with me all the options that are available.Sincerely Norm. Very impressed with the staff and the food! I'm just starting out with raw and as soon as I walked in I was helped immediately by the staff who were very knowledgeable and friendly.Ended up going with a bag of the house blend and as soon as I put it in the car, my very picky husky/malinois started going nuts. When we got home he followed me around jumping until I threw a frozen block on the back porch which was gone in about 15 minutes. He was even licking the spot on the porch where the cube was and giving me the puppy eyes for more. I have never seen this with any food or treat in my 3+ years of having him.The only problem now is that I will have to donate the remaining kibble that I have!

Great food. Dogs love it. Pricier than dry dog food but totally worth it. Would like it better with less bone in the house blend because at least my dogs can't handle it straight up but I don't go anywhere else for food just the same. Thanks furrball's choice

What an amazing pet sitting service! It was the first time leaving my furbaby at home for an extended period of time and a friend recommended furballs choice.From the first meet and greet I felt at ease. They are very professional and love pets! I received updates after every visit and also pictures and notes on the care they gave my cat. I came home to a happy kitty and a clean home. I would definitely use this service again and highly recommend it to anyone that needs a hand taking care of their furbaby while they are away.

I've been with Furball's for over a year, occasionally using their walking service, preferring Rover when available. This review is based on personal pet-sitting experience, a felt lack of transparency and communication. Hoping someone will benefit/have a better experience :)I appreciated the 10% military discount, quality of service, and accommodating alternatives to key drop off. We have completed the interview process twice, due to lapse of service for over 6m.o and moving. The phone interviewer didn't seem to read file notes (thankful the assigned provider did for correct service rendering) and brief in-person visit was just to verify pet temperament for provider safety. The latter assessment was delayed - can plan for longer availability just to be safe. Assessor and sitter(s) will likely vary- if pet is wary of strangers, part of service time may be spent on prep (ie. leashing up for walk).Some services I thought were additional were actually included, and in some cases mandatory unless explicitly noted. Length of service ordered = additional activities + requested care (ie. 30min walk may be <30min). No other service provider may be used in conjunction (ie. cannot have someone else taking care of some walks/sitting tasks while using Furball's services). They prefer to change litter and water with every visit, no matter length of absence, and to dispose of wastes outside (unless previously noted, for liability). Hanna park or anywhere in the vicinity is out of the question - no poop bag disposal at the playground nearby.Some fees that may not be immediately obvious: late booking within 36h of service, late evening/early morning service (before 8am/after 8pm I believe), and additional fee for weekends and holidays. It can be difficult to get refunded if plans change, clients may opt to have service rendered while they are home. No following the service provider on walks is allowed. Positive reinforcement is advertised for improving on-leash walks. Perhaps due to infrequent booking, we have not noticed improvements. Adventure walks require weekly walks for minimum of 2 months (I recall) to be assessed for the program.Finally, a recent poor customer service interaction terminated my patronage. I had requested a 45min service (walk I thought, but the system recorded visit), which I corrected by email request for 30min walk instead. Becky was great at getting a new invoice generated right away, and I paid the amount owed to secure the service. On a Sunday morning 2 weeks later, I received text and email notification that the same invoice was 10 days overdue: $2.03 outstanding. No clarification, but the auto-generated email did make clear: no future bookings allowed until the balance is paid. This was a few days before I was looking for another walk, which added stress to surprise at the unexpected situation. When manager Stephanie initially responded, it was to reinforce payment prior to explanation. I did pay the additional dog walking fee (after unsuccessful negotiation to waive if due to an admin error). My understanding: a human entry error generated a new invoice sans notification. At my comment of reconsideration of future use and recommendation of their services, I was offered account deactivation and '...wish you the best of luck with your new provider.' I felt an incongruence between this experience and the statement: "Let us know if there is anything we could improve on ?"

First visit there, I picked up 320lbs of house blend, hoping my pack would love. I have 1 very picky boy who has never eaten a mixed protein in his 31/2 yrs until furballs choice. For him to eat it, no snubbing his nose was a miracle, and he is continuing to eat it. I say furballs choice has a win ?. The staff were super helpful, and when I thought I'd missed them, they assured me they could still help me when I got there. I drove from London to Belleville, and it was so worth the trip that they also told me of a closer warehouse to pick up, which is closer to me, so very helpful and thankful I was introduced to furballs choice. I also bought rabbit heads for my pack. I can't wait for them to dig into those. Happy raw fed

We recently used Furball's Choice for pet sitting services while we were away for 5 days and the service was excellent! The staff left us a journal note and several pictures each day to set our minds at ease. Our kitties were happy and well fed and the house was clean. The services exceeded our expectations, especially for the reasonable cost. We highly recommend Furball's Choice to anyone looking for pet sitting services in the area!

Great service, seems like great quality (haven't tasted it yet), good selection.Unfortunately, taking off a star (half a star, not that it matters) because on two/three occasions now I have had to come back as my dog's food of choice was not in stock on Tuesday (business is closed on Monday).I understand the supply chain is somewhat sporadic and unpredictable sometimes, and space (sq.ft) comes at a price, but it is slightly frustrating to drive a half hour to have to turn around and come home empty handed (and have to drive it again a few days later).Yes, I will call from now on, but it feels like I shouldn't have to call ahead to make sure one of the main (frozen) products sold is actually in stock.
