Shout out to the amazing associate Kelsey who literally hunted me down after experiencing a tech error that didn't allow her to process transactions - she came to find me telling me the issue was resolved by tech support and I was able to buy my fit ! Working in retail is hard, and absolutely exhuasting, she didn't owe me anything and yet decided to take it upon herself to provide above and beyond customer care - garage has always been my fave, but Lil Kelsey, if you see this thank you for reminding me that kind gentle people still exist ! I will forever remember - as a former retail manager, giving praise to your associates goes a long way, so let's go Kelsey ! 10/10 girl xx

I have shopped at Garage since I was a teenager. After this afternoon, I will not be returning. The girl at the front was very pleasant and nice, but the same can't be said about the extremely rude girl in the back steaming clothes. She was steaming clothes right next to a wall with jeans on it, and my mother wanted to look at them. The girl realized my mom wanted to see the jeans, so she looks VISIBLY annoyed and moves her equipment in an irritated way. My mother even apologized to her (when my mom did absolutely nothing wrong) and the girl didn't even speak to her. Nice way to be treated by staff for wanting to look at your merchandise huh? Maybe try not being in the way in the first place and then you wouldn't have to *gasp* move or anything. You shouldn't work in customer service if you're going to be that way with customers. All of the other wonderful clothes stores in the mall will be getting my business from now on.

After the terrible experience at this place, I believe it is worth to share my story. I visited this store last week, it was in the afternoon about 2 hrs before closing, the store was pretty empty, a couple of other customers, my 2 teeneagers, my mom and I. upon entering the store, the two workers were talking and laughing with each other, looked at us as if we were invisible (no big deal) My daughters wanted to try some clothing, my mother and I helped them the whole time looking for sizes, because again they were totally ignored by the two workers. once I asked for a bigger size, she looked visibly annoyed, but gave it to me without saying a word. One of the workers a so-called "the store manager", she said her name is Stacy and her co-worker a blonde skinny tall girl. Stacy asked my mother in an extremely rude way, that she could not enter the fitting room to help no one because of covid, she had to stand behind the white line. My mother complied but after a few seconds, because she couldn't understand as there was a language barrier, my daughter translated for her, but, Stacy quickly got frustrated talking loud and angry to my mother saying: Get out! get out! you have to leave!. It was sad to learn that a person can be mistreated because they are different, because they don't understand the language. My mother said to me, this lady was talking to me with such entitlement and, in an unpleasantly offensive manner, that I genuinely couldn't believe she was actually talking to me.Stacy got even more agitated when I said to her that she could NOT treat customers (my mother an older lady) like that, and that there was a lack of customer service from her end. She denied being rude to my mother even though everyone saw her acting like that, she started being rude to me now, when I just asked her to be kind.. She acted like she was in her house, not in a public business where everyone has the same right to be treated with due respect. She said, if I did not like it there I could leave, she also said that it was not her job to help in the fitting room, nor with sizes or anything like that, also that she had so many other things to do, I said: I know it is your job to assist customers with that, she replied: NO, IT IS NOT OUR JOB TO DO THAT. To top it up, she threatened to call security because I didn't want to comply with the covid rules, I asked: What covid rules did I not follow? they looked at each other with no answer, because I had done nothing, but to comply with the covid rules.I hope no one will have to experience something similar towards themself or a family member, it is really really painful to feel discriminated, just because someone is racist or is having a bad day.

I absolutely love this store, I will admit I am a bigger girl than others but the clothing fit FANTASTIC and I love how they manage to stay with the trends which I think we all know not all stores can do that! recommend 10/10
