“I love Michael's. There are sooo many crafting ideas. Staff is courteous with me anytime I visit the store. I love my interactions with cash out staff every visit. Now, like many other stores, they have self check out. I am 100% against this as it takes away from the human interactions. "Oh, it's saving money for the company." No, it's not. How much do those machines actually cost? 30,000-125,000. That could be paying a wage. So, for a Michael's staff member to give me the death glare for my opinion on the subject is unacceptable. She was kind to let me know self checkout was available. I said "no thank you, I don't get paid to check myself out." She responded with, "So you're not going to use it?" No....”

“Went in to find an inner tube and I was surprised by the available stock. None of that Bell bs from Walmart, they have Maxxis and Parktool products for decent prices. I can't say anything regarding the bike service, but the people that helped me were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They did not try to get me to buy a more expensive product and recommended what they thought would fit my bike.”
