REPLY TO RESPONSE FROM OWNER:
I have already reported to customer service and their response is disappointing as they were Looking for receipt and product photo etc. You (Owner) are aware of the incident as Mr. Patel called you when I was there on Sep 28th Sat between 11-12AM. Not looking for any compensation; simply requesting to own & acknowledge the mistake. Is it too much to ask just to be courteous to your customers?
Issue: No Customer courtesy in case of an error made partly by their own employee.
Detail: The employee (Prabh) sold wrong item yesterday evening which I didn’t realize until next morning (today) and brought back for exchange (Not refund). After few calls, the shop keeper exchanged 5 out of 6 items and refused 6th item as it was open. (I have been regular customer there and the business refused to absorb <$20 amount due to their error in completing the transaction appropriately).
Suggested Resolution:
1) Acknowledgement of mistake from Prabh (Employee involved in mistakenly selling wrong product)

This husky ultramarine is the best station I have ever gone to. They are the only gas station that wants your business. Really impressed.

My grandfather always refers to Husky gas stations as “Husky piss” and now whenever We go to one I can’t help but imagine a husky taking a bathroom break in the gas tank????

I saved 8000 points on reward card but when the amount increased they don't allow me to use.. big mistake I thought I will use at one time . Disappointed and poor customer service.. customer care person doesn't know huskey reward card exist also .. poor service

Not a bad gas station. Cigarettes are quite expensive, but they offer drinks/snacks at a reasonable price and most of the staff that I've encountered seem friendly enough.
