“Not much help, called the 1800 number in discussing my renewal rate, he basically said it's best to call my local agent. So I said thanks and called Belleville, I assume because it was 430 on Friday they didn't want to deal with me, and then promptly transferred me back to the long waiting cue of the call centre. I just want a simple question answered!!! Why the run around?!
