“I had a daughter's ring all picked out online at People's jeweler's but wanted to purchase it in store to utilize my Indian Native Status Band card.
After socializing with the sales representative and taking all of my information, the sales representative informed me that due to it being an online order that People's Jeweler's does not accept my band card on online orders....HUH?! She stated that I could retrieve the money myself after the fact. Although, I do believe that it is law to accept my band card 'at the point of sale'. So, needless to say that People's jewelers lost over $1,000 sale due to poor/inconvenient way to treat a customer who holds a Status card.

So, conveniently, there was Charm diamond center right across the way. First question out of my mouth when I was greeted by I believe the manager (she was training Stacy who assisted me as well), anyways, I stated 'I don't want to waste your time like I did across the way, I'm looking for a daughter ring that I found online, but after the sales representative requested payment, I also stated that I had my Native status and stated they don't accept it on online orders. Long story short, with great teamwork they were able to find me almost the identical ring I had chosen from People's!!!
