“I looked at several rings for my 25th anniversary, Cheryl was very helpful and patient and showed me several rings. I looked at another store as well. My husband went into the other store to inquire about the rings I was looking at and the salesman couldn't even remember what I liked even though I had been in there only 10 minutes before. I went back to Griffin to look at the ring again. Not only was Cheryl very helpful and sweet but she even remembered when my anniversary was! Hands down the best customer service and kindness I have experienced. We bought the ring right there. Not only was the price better for the same ring, the amazing service and knowledgeable staff is the reason they now gotten a return customer for life! “My friend and I were shopping in your store last Thursday. We were assisted by Christina the Assistant Manger. She was so helpful, finding us sizes, ordering a sweater online for my friend, ensuring that the sweater could be washed in the machine by one of her co-workers, who was not working g at the time, but she called her anyways, and calling the store in Kingston for a particular item! We had so much fun shopping in Ricki’s Quite Mall because of Christina and her excellent service. We both left with some new items that we will enjoy wearing!
