I've had kos over 10 yrs with only 1 break when a backhoe hit a cable other than that its been absolutely flawless

Yes service drops but living in the country I expect that. They receive 5 stars for customer service. Scott was a breath of fresh air. Helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy.
