Yes service drops but living in the country I expect that. They receive 5 stars for customer service. Scott was a breath of fresh air. Helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy.

Using KOS as an internet provider has had its ups and downs as far as the internet itself, however anytime I've had an issue and have had to contact KOS the customer service can't be beat. These large companies such as Bell cannot compare to the customer service that KOS offers. This means so much to me as a consumer.

Employee of KOS for almost 20 years, have used our services for the same amount of time from old school early 2k legacy aDSL to FTTN and since we've offered it, our Cable service in the city of Kingston and have been nothing but satisfied. I may be an employee but I am also, a happy KOS customer. :)
